651 - PHYTOZYME EXFOLIATING SYSTEM

| "Phytozyme" is a professional, non-chemical, two part exfoliating Fruit Enzyme System. It allows the Esthetician to offer a truly exceptional professional exfoliating treatment, that is an essential step of any active salon facial skin care program. When used as instructed it helps to dissolve excessive cell build-up on the stratum corneum, soften comedones, and assists in removing other impurities which clog pores. Directions: Mix equal parts (about two tablespoons) of powder [Part A] and two tablespoons of activating gel [Part B) in a bowl and stir until a smooth paste consistency is achieved. Apply over cleansed skin (our Mint Soufflé is a great deep pore cleanser to be used prior to Phytozyme" application). Allow to remain on the skin for up to 8 minutes (for dry, mature, and sensitive skin), or up to 15 minutes (for oily and problem skin). Remove with warm water and cotton. Proceed with extraction and other treatments according to the client's skin type. To achieve desired results in skin texture, clarity and firmness, the Phytozyme" treatment is recommended for use once every 4-8 weeks. Steaming the face prior or during the treatment will increase the enzyme activity and therefore should not be done on a first time application. A patch test should be performed behind the ear, prior to first use, to test for allergic reactions (discomfort, itching, or redness). |
